For everybody else here, look up landlord/tenant laws. Then report every infraction to your housing association. Take pictures, lots and lots of pictures, with you. You can refuse to pay rent until these issues are resolved in some areas. If you can’t afford an attorney to take this stuff to court the Legal Aid Society in your area may help.
